Quotes and Pricing

Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date we provide them. After that, prices may change due to material costs or other factors.

Payment Terms

If you don't pay according to the agreed terms, we may charge late fees and suspend work until payment is received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee.

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we'll work with you to find a new time that works for both of us.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and the materials we use. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Most artificial grass products come with manufacturer warranties, and we'll help you understand what's covered.

Our workmanship is guaranteed, and we'll fix any issues that result from installation errors at no additional cost to you within the warranty period specified in your agreement.

Your Responsibilities

When we're working on your property, you're responsible for:

• Ensuring we have clear access to the work area
• Removing any valuable items or furniture from the work area
• Keeping pets and children away from the work area for safety
• Notifying us of any underground utilities or irrigation systems

Liability and Damages

We carry insurance and take every precaution to protect your property. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked or disclosed to us before work began.

We're also not liable for pre-existing damage to your property or issues that arise from conditions beyond our control, such as soil settling or tree roots.
